Nikkei Center's wonderful Asian Art Auction ordered oodles of Coco Cake cupcake minis for their fundraising event this past weekend. I was so busy baking it up with various orders that I didn't get to snap one pic-- but luckily Miko sent me a few pictures of Coco Cake cupcake minis in action, looking lovely on my new white 6 tiered cupcake stand!
Flavours included the scrumptiously delightful matcha green tea buttercream topped chocolate cupcakes, chocolate ganache covered chocolate cupcakes, Coco Cake favorite Lemon Love, and lovely Coco Chocolate buttercream topped cupcakes... !
