Polka dot fondant topped chocolate buttercream cupcakes were on the long list of today's Coco Cake orders! A 30th birthday present for Erin, ordered by her girlfriend and pals at a Vancouver radio station. Fun times!

there is loads of buttercream underneath all my fondant topped cupcakes-- so yes, you eat the whole thing! fondant tastes like petit four icing-- but some people find it too sweet, so i imagine those people peel it off, or eat a bag of chips instead... :)
