Cute cow cake I made for Matt, who ordered it for his fine lady Mon's birthday... Dark chocolate cake with vanilla creamcheese frosting, covered and decorated in fondant! I love the matchy matchy covered cake board, party flag and pretty ribbon around Mon Cow's neck...

How Now, Brown Cow?

A brown cow cake and matching mini cupcakes for little Carson's birthday! Cuteness! The cake is dark chocolate with vanilla buttercream and a dark chocolate ganache filling, covered in fondant.

The second photo is a little dark and foreboding, isn't it? Ahhh, natural light... sometimes in the early mornings of cake-making it's all dark contrasts! But then, cheerful Brownie the Cow says "hey, no need to fret! Just look at my cute facemOOOOOOOOOO"
